What we’re doing about COVID-19

Saturday 21 March, an announcement from the Government regarding COVID-19 has further guided us on how as a firm we should be reacting to this unprecedented event and most importantly, how we can ensure the safety of our staff, clients and peers throughout this uncertain time.

As of Monday 23rd March 2020, we will have a number of staff working remotely from home to reduce the number of people onsite at our premises at any time. This will ensure that we can as a business, practice physical distancing where possible. Confidentiality within our firm is of the upmost importance and we can assure you that this will not be compromised throughout this transition.

We will continue to be available to all our clients and will continue providing all services. Any pre-arranged face to face meetings will still be in place, however clients may choose to change these meetings to be via skype or a phone call, please contact the office to arrange this if you wish.

We do ask that anyone who is sick to please be considerate and do not come into any of our premises in Morrinsville, Matamata and Thames until feeling better.

In addition to this, we will have non-contact drop-off zones at the front of our premises for people wanting to drop any papers off to our office. Where possible we would encourage people to email through documentation but understand this is not always practical.

We are currently finalising a business response pack for all clients and this will be available shortly. The pack will include practical solutions for you and your business to mitigate any risk over the coming months.

We will continue to update you as our business adapts to the changes ahead and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

This is an unparalleled worldwide event raising many questions. While there may not always be answers, if you need assistance, please do contact us. We are in dialogue with many parties and may be able to share experiences and ideas to assist.

If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
