In The Community
Our community events and involvement in Waikato & Coromandel
At CooperAitken, We’re passionate about giving back to the Waikato community. We support many clubs, organisations and community events to do our part in giving back to our locals. You’ll often find us dressed up and enthusiastically raising money for various charities across the region.
Food Run for Ezekiel Trust
Our second organisation for the month of December was Morrinsville Ezekiel Trust.
Our team brought in all sorts of goodies and food items over the course of two weeks, then all items were delivered and donated to Ezekiel Trust before Christmas.
The trust then make beautiful hampers out of the donated items and gift them to families in need at Christmas time.
CooperAitken Christmas Parade
We were delighted to be part of the Morrinsville Christmas Parade again this year as their major sponsor. The afternoon is always such a neat way to get involved in the community and share some Christmas cheer. It’s great to see kids and families enjoy their parade, and we were lucky enough to have Winnie the Pooh join our float this year.
The Hits Toy Run
So awesome to take part in The Hits Toy Run again this year.
Our team donated and delivered a car load of toys to their bus this morning while it was parked up at Flex Fitness Morrinsville.
The Hits bus is travelling around the Waikato this week collecting toys which will then be passed onto St Vincent de Paul to gift to kids in needs before Christmas.
Such an amazing idea, and these toys will make for some pretty happy kids at Christmas time!
Morrinsville College 17th Annual Fun Run/Walk
Another great day at the Morrinsville Fun Run/Walk this year.
An awesome community event that we’re proud to be involved in. Awesome effort to those that took part in the day.
Say it with cake!
A big thank you to Learning Curves for allowing us to use their centre for filming part of our promo video.
Such an awesome outdoor environment and centre, and we couldn’t be more thankful be able to use the space. Enjoy the cake ladies! (Cake made by Made with love, baking).

A few of our team entered into the Rotorua Ekiden Relay Race recently. They didn’t come first, but they completed the marathon length relay in 5 hours and had a ball doing it!
Thank you Morrinsville Keas
We were totally delighted when the Morrinsville Keas kids offered to clean our Herd of Cow member, Freedom, as part of the Clean Up Morrinsville campaign.
