Paying your ACC Levy Options

Payment plan options are as follows:

ACC direct debit payment options are listed below. When your invoice is over $575.00, the invoice can be paid over 4 to 10 months by direct debit.

  • If you choose to pay within 4-6 months you can make payments either monthly or fortnightly and there is no administration fee.
  • If you choose to pay within 7 -10 months payments are made monthly and at 5.4% administration fee is applied.
  • Clients can still have the 3 month payment plan; these can be paid by automatic payment or cheque if they request it. Please remember ACC do not accept post-dated cheques.

Other options include:

Bill payments, Automatic payments, NZ Postshop, One-off direct debit payments.  For more information  

To ensure ACC process your payment correctly, you need to provide the following information:

  • Particulars: Levy Account name
  • Payee Code: ACC number eg YN123456E or Y1234567E
  • Reference: Invoice number or Time payment number.
