To achieve this individuals have undertaken a rigorous program of study, passed numerous examinations and had extensive practical work experience. In addition they undertake compulsory ongoing professional development to ensure their knowledge is up to date and their skills are maintained.

Gavin Haddon, CAGavin became a Partner of Cave Bannin Sexton & Cooper in 1997 after working for the partnership for 10 years. He has a strong interest in succession planning and restructuring of businesses to give clients maximum protection and options. Gavin's aim is to provide more information of value to our clients through the use of seminars, newsletters and the website. He is a member of the Morrinsville Lions Club. |

Grant Eddy, MMS CAGrant joined Cave, Bannin, Sexton & Cooper in 1992, becoming a Partner in 1997. Grant enjoys working with clients to develop their goals and realize opportunities. He has specialist knowledge of Trusts. He sits on several Boards, assisting with corporate governance. Grant has a strong interest in IT solutions both internally and externally. He is a member of the Morrinsville Rotary Club. |

Imran Raza, CAImran Raza has been involved in the accountancy profession since 1985, initially with large international practices. He became a Partner in R M Aitken & Associates in 1997. Imran has a special interest in areas such as financial modelling, valuations and business planning. He enjoys analysing business structures to work out the most beneficial results for our clients. Peter Hexter, BBS CAPeter started working for Bannin Cooper and Partners in April 1998. Peter became a Partner in CooperAitken in 2004. He has worked in various financial roles in the UK and NZ. Understanding his clients and helping them achieve their goals is important to Peter. Peter takes pride in making sure he is adding value to his clients. |

Rodney Aitken, B.Com FCARodney joined his father's Morrinsville practice in 1978 and became a Partner in 1979. In 1996 Rodney was made a Fellow of the Institute of Accountants of New Zealand for his services to the accounting profession over a 20 year period. Trevor Cooper, BMS CA JPComing from a strong commercial background Trevor joined Cave Bannin & Sexton in 1984 and became a Partner in 1987. He has a keen interest in the Agricultural Services and ensures we continually improve our services offered to our farming clients. Becoming a Justice of the Peace in 1987 is just one of the many ways Trevor returns value to the community. He is also a member of Morrinsville Rotary Club. |

Anna Bennett, CAAnna joined CooperAitken in 1999, becoming a Director in 2010. Anna seeks to build long term relationships with her clients, and enjoys helping them reach their financial aspirations and future lifestyle goals. She does this by taking an active interest of her client’s situation and ensuring company structures, succession plans and tax strategies are correctly in place to maximise all opportunities for them. Anna is actively involved the strategic direction of CooperAitken and is currently managing our Matamata office.

Coral Phillips, CACoral joined CooperAitken in 1998, becoming an Associate in 2009. Having had a successful career in dairy farming for many years, Coral now enjoys being able to use this practical hands on experience to the benefit of her farming clients, fully appreciating their financial needs. She likes to help clients and staff alike. This includes being very involved in staff training within CooperAitken, and keeping up to date with ever changing legislation. |

Deborah Hollands, CADeborah has been working for CooperAitken since 2001, becoming an Associate in 2008. She has built up an excellent knowledge over a variety of industries. Deborah is interested in ensuring quality control is maintained for our clients. |
