Trust and Companies Administrator
 

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Trust & Companies Division with 2 – 3 years' experience preferably within a professional service or legal firm. This is a service provision role working with both external clients and internal staff to support the ongoing administration and management of our clients Trusts and Company records.  This is a pivotal role within our organisation and would suit someone who is looking to take the next step in their administration career to a more advanced level of administration. 

To be successful in this role you will need initiative and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build relationships with staff, clients and external organisations. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be proficient in the Microsoft Office software packages.    You will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively while building strong relationships and working with all types of people and abilities is essential as well as the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a high attention to detail.

Intermediate Accountant
 

We are seeking an experienced, intermediate BAS accountant to join us.  Ideally you will have a relevant degree, diploma or equivalent experience.  Preferably some of this experience would have been gained within a New Zealand Chartered Accountants office.

You will be professional and ethical in your approach to work, with a sound knowledge of New Zealand accounting principles and tax law.  At the same time you will have strong communication skills, the capability to navigate through systems, and a proven ability to work as part of a team.   The position is full-time based in our Thames Office.
